Introduction to the science of anxiety & effective self-regulation strategies - 10 mins

During the workshop, employees will learn about the science of anxiety, including how it affects the brain and body. By gaining a deeper understanding of the underlying mechanisms of anxiety, they will be better equipped to identify and manage their own symptoms.

Breathwork Practice - 10 mins

Mandy will spend introduce employees to a range of breathwork techniques that can be used to manage and regulate anxiety.

Meditation Practice - 20 mins

Employees will be guided through a meditation practice designed to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and cultivate a sense of inner calm and focus.

Summary of anxiety management techniques + Q&A - 5 mins

The workshop will finish with a recap of the practical tools and techniques Mandy shared for managing anxiety, followed by an opportunity to stay on the call for questions.
