Hi, I’m Sophie


If you are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, you’re in the right place.

After burning out, a runaway mission to Oz, two therapists, and countless books, podcasts, and walks, I’ve finally learned to PAUSE.

Being signed off from work gave me the space to rest and reflect on how important it is to look after myself and slow down. I now create pause opportunities for others trying to avoid and/or navigate their own feelings of burnout.

If I can use my experience to help you, then it would all have been worth it!

Project Pause Retreats for Individuals

Whether you’re craving some time for yourself or you're feeling exhausted, Project Pause is a place to catch your breath. We organise opportunities to help you pause and disconnect from the daily grind. We love to bring people together for our retreats in unique, and stunning locations to leave you with that "and breatheeee" feeling.

Project Pause was created to help you slow down and rest. Here's how we pause.

CREATE

We pause to create. Slowing down to make with our hands can be incredibly soothing and a chance for the mind to switch off from the day-to-day stressors of life.

MOVE

We pause to move our bodies and shift out headspace and energy. Trust us - the colder, wetter, and muddier you get, the more restored you'll feel!

NOURISH

We make mealtimes a real occasion to come together and pause for. All our meals are vegetarian giving your body a chance to pause.


REFLECT

I am a great believer that self-development is invaluable. We pause to reflect on how best to take forward any learnings and commitments. We create space for supportive conversation on wellbeing, mental health and balance.
